Among civilized countries, conduct is regulated by well established rules enshrined in laws and the Constitution. These assign to people certain basic civic rights, such as the right to life, the right to free speech, the right to self defence. Flowing from these basic civic rights, is the right to report a crime if there is enough evidence of one, and also the right to see justice done.
In the event of a violation of a law, an injured party may legally resort to remedial action, demand an investigation and the punishment of individual offenders, and you also have the right to ask for investigation into mass vaccinations with the “swine flu” because there really is evidence of a crime.
A request for an investigation has to be communicated to your local law enforcement, your local police or Sherriff’s department. It is their duty to enforce compliance with the law and to protect you and the rest of the population by investigating possible crimes and bringing the perpetrators to justice.
One advantage of reporting the crime to your local law enforcement is that they will be obliged to examine the material and so will be much less likely to assist in any forced mass vaccinations, knowing that the act ordered is unlawful.
When you go to your police station, you will need to be able to explain why you think they should initiate an inquiry into the mass vaccination against the swine flu, giving facts and evidence why you believe your life and the lives of others are likely to be endangered by mass vaccinations and naming violations of the law, such as on “conspiracy to commit mass murder” and “bioterrorism”.
Conspiracy, attempts to commit, as well as complicity in initiating and planning a crime, are punishable. The crime does not have to have occurred for you to be able to seek remedial action. If is enough for you to be able to present credible evidence that you and others are going to be subjected to acts which include inhuman treatment, including biological experiments, willfully causing your great suffering or serious injury to body and health, for you to be able to ask that law enforcement acts to investigate and punish the violators.
The law of a state is binding not only on a State but also on all individuals inside a State, no matter how high their position in government might be. Any member of government, however senior, who commits an act which constitutes a crime under the law is responsible for it and liable to punishment. When Presidents and Prime Ministers are not obliged to obey the law, it is called a dictatorship or totalitarian government. Don’t be afraid to ask for everyone to be held accountable before the law, even the Prime Minister.
These principles were reinforced during the Nuremberg Trials of 1946-1947 against Nazi German leaders for their role in committing genocide. It was established during those trials that no person, no matter how high their government office, could be exempted from their obligation to follow normative justice assigning to all people, irrespective of their race or religion, basic civic rights under any circumstances whatsoever.
The defence of the Nazi German officials that they were acting on orders from superiors and in a “national emergency” was dismissed by the US military tribunal. The Nazi officials were found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity and for misusing their positions in government to create an apparatus of state-sponsored genocide and terror.

In the next few weeks, you could be forced to take a potentially deadly vaccine against the “swine flu,” be quarantined and restricted in your travel along with billions of other people around the world because the World Health Organization, the UN public health body, has declared a global pandemic emergency of the highest level, namely level 6, and so triggered global martial law, even though military law is not meant for a peacetime situation.
WHO’s pandemic level 6 declaration: What does this mean for you?
As a result of this pandemic level 6 declaration, the USA, Europe — in fact all 194 countries that have signed up for WHO’s International Health Regulations, IHR (2005) –have moved from civil law to military law. All governments have incorporated the provisions of the IHR into their national legislation, often in the form of national pandemic plans signed off by health ministers without a vote in parliaments.
The provisions of the IHR 2005 allow for “crisis committees” to be set up in each country that take instructions from WHO in the event of a pandemic emergency. n this situation, WHO can issue decrees unilaterally. WHO is empowered to take charge of the police and army to carry out a forced mass vaccination programme.
In the USA, the provisions for forced vaccination are also incorporated into executive orders and legislation such as the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act. However, the strong constitutional status of American states has resulted in an uneven implementation of the MSEHPA. 39 states have adopted the provisions and can enforce vaccinations.
Refusing a vaccine is a criminal offence: What are the implications of this?
Refusing a WHO-mandated vaccination has been criminalized under provisions related to public health emergencies. Police can use deadly force against “criminal suspects,” that means, they can take you to prison or even shoot you if you refuse.
In some countries, the mass vaccination campaign against the “swine flu” is set to be voluntary at least at the beginning of the vaccination campaign in September with a move to compulsory vaccination expected later on in winter as armies around the world prepare to administer the vaccine.
However, the Greek government has already announced that there will be forced vaccinations, and other countries are expected to follow suit soon.
In Switzerland, the Swiss army is stockpiling the vaccine in another sign of the militarisation of the public health services as WHO takes charge of the “pandemic emergency”. The French government is supposed to declare its highest state of national emergency over the “swine flu” in September and the country will be divided into special defence zones with an army officer at each governor’s or “prefects” side.
The vaccines are potentially deadly
There is, however, scientific evidence that the WHO mandated vaccine will be toxic and potentially deadly.
WHO developed a method to use vaccines to kill people in three steps which were described in memos dated from 1972, discovered by Patrick Jordan and to be seen on Dr Rebecca Carley’s website, www.drcarley.com.
WHO has now put the theory outlined in those Memos into practice by producing “swine flu” vaccines that will, in a three-pronged approach,
a) weaken the immune system b) inject a huge dose of virus into the body, which the weakened immune system cannot fight c) inject a adjuvant that will create an inflammatory reaction and a cytokine storm.
and so kill in three steps as outlined in the 1972 WHO memos.

Adjuvants: “the new generation of bioweapons”
In spite of the scientific evidence that adjuvants caused the Gulf War Syndrome and are damaging to health and body, WHO is specifically recommending the production and use of vaccines containing oil-based adjuvants in the mass vaccination campaign starting in September.
In a July 13 briefing note, WHO stated:
“In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against “drifted” strains of virus, SAGE recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines was important.”
Squalene, an oil in water adjuvant, is scientifically proven to be among the worst of the worst in terms of immune adjuvants.
Vaccines classified as bioweapons by regulators
Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline’s vaccines which have squalene adjuvants are classified as bioweapons by the US and EU regulatory authorities, indicating just how much potential for damage they have.
The Czech Republic recently suspended talks with Baxter over the supply of “swine flu” vaccines because Baxter refused to guarantee their safety or to pay compensation, strongly supporting the notion that Baxter knows the vaccines will be damaging.
In addition, WHO is allowing the US government to test only vaccines without adjuvants in clinical trials for the “swine flu” vaccine that are currently underway – and that even though the people of the USA will get vaccines with adjuvants scientifically proven to be dangerous and even though they are not approved by the FDA. This means the clinical results fom the clinical trials will be misleading as to the actual impact of these “swine flu” vaccines.
Inadequate safety trials
Vaccines will be developed, “tested,” and shipped for mass distribution in a matter of weeks without adequate trials for safety.
Furthermore, in the USA, an Emergency Use Authorization allows any company that gives experimental vaccines to Americans during a declared public health emergency to be protected from liability if people get hurt.
In addition, there are ways proven to be much better and less expensive for protecting against virus such as the use of colloidal silver.
Vaccine companies sit on WHO’s vaccine advisory board
The pharmaceutical companies are already reaping huge profits from this mass vaccine campaign mandated by WHO.
Executives from pharmacuetical companies such as Baxter and Novartis sit as “observers” on WHO’s vaccine advisory board.
WHO refused to release minutes of a key meeting on July 7th when its “vaccine advisory board” — packed with pharma executives as observers — recommended to WHO that it order forced vaccinations around the world with their vaccines, ensuring them vast profits.
WHO helped Baxter contaminate 72 kils of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus and so nearly triggered a pandemic earlier this year.
In addition, WHO supplied Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary with the live bird flu virus that Baxter used to contaminate 72 kilos of vaccine material before sending it out to 16 labs this Februarys, so nearly triggering a global bird flu pandemic according to a report in the Times of India.
Because Baxter’s facilities use biosafetly level 3 regulations, this contamination could not have been an accident but indicates criminal intent. The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges.
A total 36 people had to be treated preventatively for bird flu in hospitals.
Also, Baxter patented a vaccine for the allegedly new and deadly “swine flu” virus in 2008.
How can WHO declare a pandemic emergency on the basis of a new and deadly virus in June 2009 when Baxter patented a vaccine in 2008?
Swine flu is harmless, say experts
WHO has made a unilateral declaration of pandemic level 6 on the basis of a harmless “swine flu” manipulating data and so misusing a provision designed for a deadly plague in order to declare a pandemic level 6 and acquire new emergency powers over the globe.
Cases of swine flu are mild, requiring little or no medical intervention. And deaths from the H1N1 virus remain extremely low, at less than one half of one percent of reported cases as of July 6. There is no sign of the virus mutating to become more deadly.
Rapid tests have been shown to diagnose the “swine flu” wrongly nine times out of ten, casting doubt on the allegedly swift spread of this flu.
The swine flu has symptons virtually indistinguishable from the normal flu and has never so far been isolated in a lab.
WHO changed the definition of the meaning of pandemic in 2003. With the present terminology every year we will be in a pandemic. In fact every year since 1918 would have been Pandemic Level 6 under the WHO’s definition.
WHO changed the definition again this spring so be able to declare a pandemic on an alleged spread of a disease rather than its lethality.
The dangers of mass vaccination: history

The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the “Pandemic Response Bill” 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone “suspected” of being infected to submit to interrogations, “decontaminations” and vaccines.
It’s also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. Here’s some of the language contained in the bill:
(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)
During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority… may exercise authority… to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)
…an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]
(Government price controls)
The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.
“Involuntary Transportation” (also known as kidnapping)
Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.
$1,000 / day in fines
Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.
Forced vaccinations
Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease…
Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
Arrest for refusal to be “decontaminated”
If an individual is unable or unwilling to submit to decontamination or procedures necessary for diagnosis, the decontamination or diagnosis procedures may proceed only pursuant to an order of the superior court… During the time necessary to obtain such court order, such individual may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal to submit to decontamination or diagnosis procedures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.
Interrogation
When the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction reasonably believes that a person may have been exposed to a disease or condition that poses a threat to the public health, in addition to their authority under section 96 of chapter 111, the commissioner or the local public health authority may detain the person for as long as may be reasonably necessary for the commissioner or the local public health authority, to convey information to the person regarding the disease or condition and to obtain contact information… If a person detained under subsection (1) refuses to provide the information requested, the person may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health…
Forced isolation and quarantine
An order for isolation or quarantine may include any individual who is unwilling or unable to undergo vaccination, precautionary prophylaxis, medical treatment, decontamination, medical examinations, tests, or specimen collection and whose refusal of one or more of these measures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.
Forced entry into any home or building
There’s a lot more in this bill, including language that allows Mass. police to enter any home or building without a search warrant, to destroy any object or building they suspect may pose a threat to public safety, to order the closing and / or decontamination of any facility using highly toxic chemical decontamination agents, and to arrest, detain and interrogate anyone who gets in their way.
Meanwhile, all state law enforcement and medical personnel are granted complete immunity from prosecution for their part in violating your Constitutional rights. So if they violate your right to due process, or they accidentally destroy your home, or they kill your family dog because they suspect it might be infected, you have absolutely zero recourse.
Under this bill, Massachusetts becomes a medical police state. There is no debating it. It’s all written, clear as day, in this law: The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now the property of the State.
Kiss your freedoms goodbye
Massachusetts, it seems, has never met a vaccine it didn’t like. This is the same state that rounded up the parents of schoolchildren who hadn’t been vaccinated, then corralled them into a courtroom (with attack dogs standing guard outside) and forced vaccine injections onto all the schoolchildren under the threat of jail time for parents who resisted.
Remember, readers, that this is all taking place in the “land of the free,” a nation that former President George Bush claimed was so envied around the world that terrorists attacked America because they “hate freedom” and wanted to destroy our way of life. But terrorists need no help attacking freedom as long as Massachusetts is in the vaccine game, because this latest form of “gunpoint medicine” destroys freedom for everyday Americans in a way that terrorists could have never hoped to accomplish with all the bombs in the world.
Massachusetts, it seems, has done what terrorists could not: It has turned “free” Americans into medical slave subjects who no longer have any freedom to decide the details of their own medical care. All options have been stripped from them but one: The Big Pharma option. That’s the one that involves using untested, unproven and potentially dangerous vaccines that could paralyze you or even kill you. All to defend you against a virus that’s so weak, almost anyone with decent levels of vitamin D and basic nutrition can resist the virus without incident.
But Massachusetts, as you’ll see below, is just the beginning. It turns out that the whole nation could soon find itself under a similar forced vaccination policy…
Isolation camps, forced vaccinations and more
In 2006, former President George Bush signed into law the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). It gives power to the Secretary of the U.S. government’s Health and Human Services department (HHS) to declare any infectious disease a “national emergency” and therefore require mandatory vaccination of the entire population. Because of the existence of this PREP Act, the entire population of the USA is now but one pen stroke away from being subjected to mandatory swine flu vaccinations at gunpoint.
Those who resist such vaccines will be arrested and taken away for “isolation” in domestic prison camps. They can’t just leave vaccine refusers free to live among the population, of course, because that would send the message that anyone can refuse the vaccines without consequence. So they’ll arrest those who refuse the vaccine, labeling them “a threat to national security” (enemies of the state) and imprison them without trial, without charges and without any legal representation whatsoever.
Meanwhile, all those who take part in enforcing these crimes against the American people will be granted complete immunity. From the HHS website: “[the Secretary may] issue a declaration… that provides immunity from tort liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of (vaccine or other pharmaceutical) countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency…”
There are other laws already on the books that strip Americans of virtually all Constitutional rights in a “pandemic emergency” scenario. One such act is The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678), which probably merits another article altogether.
Have no illusions: At the stroke of a pen, the Constitutional rights of all Americans will be immediately suspended. Mandatory vaccinations and “decontaminations” will kick in and the mass arrest of resisters will begin. There will be no court, no trial, no jury and no due process. Your actions will be dictated to you by a law enforcement officer or a health care worker who has been granted complete immunity, so if you just happen to get kicked around a bit (or shot), there’s really nothing you can do about it.
Some might argue these are necessary actions to save a nation from a deadly pandemic. And yet they forget that the pandemic has been intentionally allowed to worsen by censoring information about vitamin D and natural remedies that could stop it. Somebody at the top, in other words, wants this pandemic to get really bad, perhaps because it allows them to invoke precisely the draconian response I’ve outlined in this article. Seizing power in a Democracy cannot be accomplished by simply declaring war on the rights of the People. Rather, a situation must be engineered where the People are so desperate that they beg to be controlled. Releasing a pandemic into the wild is the perfect way to accomplish precisely that.
Timing
None of these laws will be invoked before the vaccines are ready in large numbers, of course. Part of the purpose in all this is to prop up Big Pharma profits with massive vaccination efforts, so until the vaccines are actually available, don’t expect to see any declarations of a public emergency.
It might take until October or November before the vaccines are readily available in sufficient quantity to inject just half the U.S. population. But once that milestone is reached, a declaration of a pandemic emergency is imminent. Trust me on this point: They won’t let all those hundreds of millions of vaccines sit around unused; they’ll make sure they get injected into the People as soon as possible, because that’s the only way to justify making more.
So the sequence of events we’re likely to see here are:
#1) Waiting on vaccine manufacturing to procure at least 150 million doses in the U.S. Probable timeframe = October.
#2) Hyping up a few local swine flu breakouts in schools in order to justify step #3. Probable timeframe = November / December.

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Whereas the United States Department of Defense (DOD) in May 2007 issued its implementation plan for preparing, planning and responding to a potential pandemic influenza outbreak: the enforced vaccination, detainment and quarantine of American citizens.
Whereas, on June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) of the United Nations (UN) declared, without any apparent justification, a worldwide ‘Level 6 Pandemic,’ under which US troops and any others in the US will be under the control of the UN. According to The Security and Prosperity Agreement signed in February 2008, as well as numerous US presidential and WHO directives, the WHO and the UN become the controlling agencies of the US in the event of a declared Level 6 Pandemic, with obvious implications for all of the above.
Whereas immediately following said declaration of Level 6 Pandemic in June 2009 by the WHO, the US government declared H1N1 influenza vaccinations mandatory for all US citizens, the principal supplier of which is Baxter International.
Whereas, in the February 2009, Baxter’s Austrian biomedical research laboratories manufactured and distributed to sixteen countries an influenza vaccine that was contaminated with a live hybridized influenza virus.
The contaminated vaccine material consisted of a mixture of a seasonal H3N2 human influenza virus and the deadly H5N1 virus. By adding a virus of the type H5N1 to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, Baxter produced a highly dangerous bioweapon with a 63% mortality rate.
A laboratory in the Czech Republic discovered this before a worldwide medical catastrophe was unleashed, when all animals they tested died from this vaccine, and duly reported this to EU health authorities.
Since Baxter uses BSL 3 (Biosafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories, safeguards which makes an accidental contamination of ordinary influenza material with the dangerous so-called bird influenza virus impossible. In other words, this deadly contamination was almost certainly intentional.
This incident that very nearly killed millions received no apparent investigation from the WHO, EU, Austrian health authorities or by any of the mainstream media corporations controlled by this same international corporate criminal syndicate, which, via institutional investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, also owns Baxter International.
It was later revealed that the incident had been handled, not as a serious violation of biosecurity regulations, as mandated by law, but as a minor offense against the Austrian veterinary code: a veterinarian was sent to the Austrian Baxter laboratory for a brief inspection.
Whereas in April 2009, swine flu virus was released on a train in Switzerland , allegedly by accident. Numerous passengers and railway personnel were allowed to go untreated. Again, there has been no credible investigation of this incident by the UN/WHO or Austrian/EU officials.
It would appear that officials of the Austrian health ministry and other officials of the UN, WHO, EU, Austria and/or Baxter International should also be interrogated concerning this matter by a grand jury; this has thus far not occurred.
Criminal charges, however, were filed in Austria , and the police now investigating as well as a criminal case with the FBI in the US by an Austrian-Irish science/investigative journalist who has sought to bring these facts to light, despite an evident blackout on this story by corporate-controlled mainstream media.
Whereas this probable intentional vaccine contamination has precedents, since there is evidence that a major conspirator in the planned imminent pandemic, the United Nations
World Health Organization (WHO), administered an AIDS-laced vaccine to over a million Africans in the early 1970s that spread this disease during an alleged global campaign to end smallpox, the virus for which was also bioengineered by the WHO and US Centers for Disease Control.
There is also evidence that a bioengineered AIDS-laced Hepatitis B vaccine, provided free to male homosexuals only, promulgated AIDS within the U.S. In 1978, more than a thousand “promiscuous homosexual” males were the unwitting victims of this Hepatitis B vaccination, sponsored by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH)/Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Whereas to this day, transnational pharmaceutical corporations continue to reap massive profits selling AZT and other patented toxic formulations to ‘treat’ the millions of AIDS victims very probably intentionally sickened for profit following the depopulation agenda of the bank-based international criminal syndicate that has also facilitated the federally-enacted funding of corporate welfare imposed on the American people since September 2008.
Whereas further evidencing criminal intent: in 2006 Baxter distributed hemophiliac blood components that were contaminated with HIV virus and administered to tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children in Europe . Baxter continued to release the HIV-contaminated vaccine, even after this contamination was known.
Yet Baxter International is the lead vaccine contractor being used by the United States government in their current purchase of vaccines that it by executive order has mandated for the American people.
Further, in July 2009, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius signed an executive order giving to Baxter International and all other US government influenza vaccine contractors legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuit for any possible injury done by their vaccines to American citzens.
Therefore, in view of these facts that:
1) There were two recent narrowly averted international medical catastrophes possibly intentionally engineered by Baxter International that almost killed millions via its 63% fatal bioengineered influenza;
2) That Baxter International is still producing and selling a bioengineered ‘vaccine’
to the US government for possible officially authorized enforced vaccinations, along
with officially authorized immunity from legal recourse by US citizens for any substantial injury caused by such enforced vaccinations;
3) That trials of this Baxter bioweaponized vaccine are scheduled to begin on pregnant
women and small children in Seattle in August/September 2009;
4) And that the UN/WHO has declared, without any apparent justificiation,

Whereas the United States Department of Defense (DOD) in May 2007 issued its implementation plan for preparing, planning and responding to a potential pandemic influenza outbreak: the enforced vaccination, detainment and quarantine of American citizens.
Whereas, on June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) of the United Nations (UN) declared, without any apparent justification, a worldwide ‘Level 6 Pandemic,’ under which US troops and any others in the US will be under the control of the UN. According to The Security and Prosperity Agreement signed in February 2008, as well as numerous US presidential and WHO directives, the WHO and the UN become the controlling agencies of the US in the event of a declared Level 6 Pandemic, with obvious implications for all of the above.
Whereas immediately following said declaration of Level 6 Pandemic in June 2009 by the WHO, the US government declared H1N1 influenza vaccinations mandatory for all US citizens, the principal supplier of which is Baxter International.
Whereas, in the February 2009, Baxter’s Austrian biomedical research laboratories manufactured and distributed to sixteen countries an influenza vaccine that was contaminated with a live hybridized influenza virus.
The contaminated vaccine material consisted of a mixture of a seasonal H3N2 human influenza virus and the deadly H5N1 virus. By adding a virus of the type H5N1 to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, Baxter produced a highly dangerous bioweapon with a 63% mortality rate.
A laboratory in the Czech Republic discovered this before a worldwide medical catastrophe was unleashed, when all animals they tested died from this vaccine, and duly reported this to EU health authorities.
Since Baxter uses BSL 3 (Biosafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories, safeguards which makes an accidental contamination of ordinary influenza material with the dangerous so-called bird influenza virus impossible. In other words, this deadly contamination was almost certainly intentional.
This incident that very nearly killed millions received no apparent investigation from the WHO, EU, Austrian health authorities or by any of the mainstream media corporations controlled by this same international corporate criminal syndicate, which, via institutional investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, also owns Baxter International.
It was later revealed that the incident had been handled, not as a serious violation of biosecurity regulations, as mandated by law, but as a minor offense against the Austrian veterinary code: a veterinarian was sent to the Austrian Baxter laboratory for a brief inspection.
Whereas in April 2009, swine flu virus was released on a train in Switzerland , allegedly by accident. Numerous passengers and railway personnel were allowed to go untreated. Again, there has been no credible investigation of this incident by the UN/WHO or Austrian/EU officials.
It would appear that officials of the Austrian health ministry and other officials of the UN, WHO, EU, Austria and/or Baxter International should also be interrogated concerning this matter by a grand jury; this has thus far not occurred.
Criminal charges, however, were filed in Austria , and the police now investigating as well as a criminal case with the FBI in the US by an Austrian-Irish science/investigative journalist who has sought to bring these facts to light, despite an evident blackout on this story by corporate-controlled mainstream media.
Whereas this probable intentional vaccine contamination has precedents, since there is evidence that a major conspirator in the planned imminent pandemic, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO), administered an AIDS-laced vaccine to over a million Africans in the early 1970s that spread this disease during an alleged global campaign to end smallpox, the virus for which was also bioengineered by the WHO and US Centers for Disease Control.
There is also evidence that a bioengineered AIDS-laced Hepatitis B vaccine, provided free to male homosexuals only, promulgated AIDS within the U.S. In 1978, more than a thousand “promiscuous homosexual” males were the unwitting victims of this Hepatitis B vaccination, sponsored by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH)/Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Whereas to this day, transnational pharmaceutical corporations continue to reap massive profits selling AZT and other patented toxic formulations to ‘treat’ the millions of AIDS victims very probably intentionally sickened for profit following the depopulation agenda of the bank-based international criminal syndicate that has also facilitated the federally-enacted funding of corporate welfare imposed on the American people since September 2008.
Whereas further evidencing criminal intent: in 2006 Baxter distributed hemophiliac blood components that were contaminated with HIV virus and administered to tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children in Europe . Baxter continued to release the HIV-contaminated vaccine, even after this contamination was known.
Yet Baxter International is the lead vaccine contractor being used by the United States government in their current purchase of vaccines that it by executive order has mandated for the American people.
Further, in July 2009, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius signed an executive order giving to Baxter International and all other US government influenza vaccine contractors legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuit for any possible injury done by their vaccines to American citzens.
Therefore, in view of these facts that:
1) There were two recent narrowly averted international medical catastrophes possibly intentionally engineered by Baxter International that almost killed millions via its 63% fatal bioengineered influenza;
2) That Baxter International is still producing and selling a bioengineered ‘vaccine’ to the US government for possible officially authorized enforced vaccinations, along with officially authorized immunity from legal recourse by US citizens for any substantial injury caused by such enforced vaccinations;
3) That trials of this Baxter bioweaponized vaccine are scheduled to begin on pregnant women and small children in Seattle in August/September 2009;
4) And that the UN/WHO has declared, without any apparent justification, a Level 6 Pandemic giving them, by agreements signed by the US government and various executive orders,control over the US and its populace that subsumes the US Constitution, the US Bill of Rights and all federal, state and local law, a grand jury investigation within US jurisdiction is urgently needed, which I as a deeply concerned citizen urge you as a duly appointed judge of this court to conduct.

US Health and Human Services Secretary Katherine Sibelius, who in July 2009, signed an order infemnifying Baxter International and other purveyors of the H1N1 vaccines from compensatory lawsuits by US citizens;
Drs. Margaret Chan and David Nabarro, presiding officers of the World Health Organization who, immediately following Dr. Jeffery Taubenberger’s six-year program of reconstructing the deadly 1918 virus, announced to the world via the UN that a new pandemic is about to occur that would kill “…5 to 150 million”. They have also discussed exactly how such a deadly pandemic would occur at a videotaped conference at the Aspen Institute-US on October 13, 2007;
Alois Stoger, Austrian health minister, who failed to pursue an investigation of Baxter’s activities in his country with due diligence;
Goldman Sachs, the Bank of Austria, the Rothschild family-owned, Bernard Madoff-tainted Banco de Medici and all other financial institutions which have institutional ownership or regular financial dealings with Baxter International and other transnational vaccine manufacturers;
Past and present officials of the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Food and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health/US Centers for Disease Control enabling the above-cited possible criminal/treasonous activities violating RICO, USC, the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, the Nuremberg Principles and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
Those presidents of the United States past and present signing executive orders giving over control of the United States to the United Nations and its associated agencies in the case of a WHO-declared Level 6 pandemic;
As well as those members of Congress past and present who failed to investigate and halt these very probably criminal and treasonous activities.
